[At some point in the beginning of June, Velvet is leaving a message for Rokurou.]

I found someone willing to make me a gauntlet blade. I thought you might want to talk to him, too. His name is Maedhros.

[ The voice transmission obviously switches on before Rokurou's ready for it, as Velvet's treated to the lovely sounds of Rokurou trying to fish out his communicator from the depths of his kimono. ]

-- Wow, for real? What's he look like? Which ship is he on?

How much does it cost?

[Well, that's okay. She wasn't sure how quickly he'd respond but she shouldn't be surprised it was this fast considering how important swords are to him in general.]

He's really tall and has red hair. [Like seriously he's super tall.] He's hard to miss. I don't know what crew he's with but he seems to like to spend time around the garden on the Iskaulit.

I'm not sure how much it will cost yet, I think we'll figure that out when he's done. He seems to enjoy challenges when it comes to forging things, though. [She figures Rokurou would appreciate that about him.]

Sounds like just the kind of guy I'd like to get acquainted with.

[ A guy who can make weapons, which is really all the requirements Rokurou has at the moment. ]

I'll make sure to find him. Thanks for the tip.

[ And there's a bit of a pause for a moment there before he speaks again; she can hear the grin in his tone with his next words. ]

I'm in your debt.

[She is actually surprised for a second, though she probably shouldn't be. They were just talking about this not too long ago, after all. She just wasn't expecting it to come up again.

After the surprise passes, she's amused.]

Again?

[ He laughs on his end, loud and open at the situation they've slid right back into. ]

It's an easier debt to repay this time around.

That's true.

[Even if it had been another big debt, it's not like Velvet has anything bigger to ask for than her revenge. There's still amusement in her voice when she speaks again.]

Guess I'll have an extra excuse to bully you, after all.
